He is a growth focused executive with 25 years of experience in managing broad range of EMEA sales and marketing operations in Consumer Goods, FMGC, Food Ingredients, driving overall commercial strategy across all sales channels, from D2C to B2B.
Mart believes the rapid development towards Real Time creates a new landscape in Retail and many other industries like Pharma. Connected devices, supported by machine learning and quantum computers are generating massive data stream that will dictate strategy, marketing, product development and even the layout of stores.
With his extensive international cross-market network, Mart has the knowledge and stories to share about how successful businesses are navigating the journey to deal with this new reality. Mart’s career includes Senior Management positions within public listed Nasdaq companies (VP Sales) and family owned (Marketing & Sales director, Board member).
He is married, father of two children and living in Vevey, Switzerland. Mart has a Master’s degree in Business Economics and did courses at IMD (strategy), Krauthammer (people), Oliver Wight (business excellence) and Miller Heiman (large account management).
